Kamphuis-Meijer is Dutch woman sculptor. Kamphuis-Meijer studied from 1976 to 1981 at the Rijksakademie van beeldende kunsten in Amsterdam. Her bronze cast works are figurative. She was commissioned by the City of Antwerp and the Eugeen Van Mieghem Museum to make five sculptures based on drawings by the Flemish artist Eugeen Van Mieghem for the former harbour district “Het Eilandje” in Antwerp.
